Complimentary shipping
Shipping is complimentary on all orders to the destinations available at checkout — North America, Europe, East and Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. Every piece is shipped insured with tracking.
For other destinations, please contact studio@jiwonxkim.com before ordering.
Dispatch
Available pieces are dispatched within 5–7 business days of order confirmation from Seoul, South Korea. You will receive a tracking number by email once the piece has shipped.
Commissioned pieces are shipped on completion; timelines are agreed individually.
Delivery time
Typical delivery after dispatch:
- Korea: 1–3 business days
- Asia: 5–7 business days
- Europe, North America, Oceania: 7–14 business days
Times are estimates and may vary with carrier and customs processing.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate or prepay them, and we cannot mark shipments as gifts or under value.
Packaging
Rugs are rolled, wrapped in protective film and shipped in a rigid tube or box. Please keep all packaging until you have inspected the piece.
