By using www.jiwonxkim.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The works

All pieces are hand-made. Colour, texture and dimensions may vary slightly from photographs and listed measurements — this is inherent to the work, not a defect. Dimensions of silhouette carpets are taken at the longest points.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and include complimentary shipping to the destinations available at checkout. They do not include import duties or taxes in the destination country. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider. Pieces marked "Price upon request" are sold by private arrangement; contact studio@jiwonxkim.com.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is no longer available, a price was listed in error, or an order cannot be verified — in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Availability

Most pieces exist as a single work. If two orders are received for the same piece, the first confirmed order takes precedence and the other is refunded.

Shipping and returns

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. For other destinations, contact studio@jiwonxkim.com before ordering — we will quote shipping individually where delivery is possible. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artworks, designs, images and text on this site are the property of JIWONXKIM and protected by copyright. Purchasing a piece transfers ownership of the physical work only; reproduction rights remain with the artist. Images may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the piece.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Seoul Western District Court.
